The Best Guilt Free Protein Balls


This protein ball recipe hits the sweet spot and I guarantee you will make them more than once. This guilt free treat satisfies any cravings, yields about 25 balls and you can make them under five minutes. Screenshot the recipe, save it to your camera roll, send it to a friend or print it out. Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of oats

  2. 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (optional, but so worth it)

  3. 1/4 cup ground flaxseed

  4. 1/4 coconut shreds

  5. 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

  6. 1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter

  7. 1/3 cup honey

Directions:

  1. If not already ground, separately chop all solid ingredients (oats, coconut shreds, dark chocolate chips) in a small food processor

  2. Combine all solid ingredients in a medium bowl and mix together

  3. Microwave natural peanut butter for about 30 seconds or until smooth

  4. Add natural peanut butter to solid mixture. Constantly stir and fold in peanut butter

  5. Add honey and stir until all ingredients become one

  6. Form mixture into small balls and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes

  7. Store protein balls in fridge and enjoy!
